Pinetop Lakes Activity Center & Stables (plac&s)
Pinetop Lakes Association (PLA) was officially established as an Arizona corporation on September 27, 1971. It has grown to 17 sub-divisions for a total of 1,765 lots with a common self-governance bond known as a CC&R (covenants, conditions and restrictions). Each lot represents a vote to elect our board of directors. The purpose of our Association is to maintain, protect and enhance the value of our homes as well as the quality of life in our residential community.
Our association promotes the general welfare of our members by creating a safe, enjoyable atmosphere that unifies the various generations in our community. Our Recreation Center offers activities inside and out, from our tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor pool, two hot tubs, fitness center, indoor table tennis, pool tables and much more. We offer many scheduled activities throughout the year for adults and kids alike and welcome members to enjoy the activities and encourage suggestions to expand and improve our offerings.
Pinetop Lakes Association also has an Activity Center & Stables, “plac&s” which provides horse boarding, trail rides, riding lessons, full hook-up RV sites, concerts, special events, carriage rides, and much more. Non-members may board horses, take trail rides, etc...at plac&s. Members of PLA receive discounted fees on trail and carriage rides.
Our board of directors maintains an awareness of the needs and wishes of our association members and are elected by our members to serve two year terms. Monthly meetings of the Board are open to all members and minutes of the meetings are published on our association website: www.pinetoplakes-association.com.
We invite you to visit our office and recreation center at 6050 Wild Rose Trail in Pinetop (behind the fire station on Buck Springs Road). You’ll also find details about our activity center and stables (located on Buck Springs Road) on this website and plac&s website.
