PLA Rental Notifications

 

In accordance with A.R.S. §33-1260.01, landlord homeowners are required to provide a completed Rental Registration Form to Pinetop Lakes Association for every renter for each rental period. A $25 fee is also due for each new tenancy.

 

You must also supply your Tenants a copy of Pinetop Lakes Association Rules and Regulations. Click Here for Rules & Regulations

 

Please complete this Rental Notification Form to provide rental information to Pinetop Lakes Association for each rental. You can bring it to the Recreation Center at 6050 Wild Rose Trail or mail to: PO Box 2830, Pinetop, AZ 85935 or Submit Rental Notification Form online. Once you have submitted a Rental Notification Form via email, you will receive an email notification that the charges have been added to your account and can pay the fee online.
