Steve Berman
General Manager
Steve is a proud dad of two adult children.  In addition to being the Certified Community Association Manager of Pinetop Lakes Association, he is also a local real estate agent focusing on properties in the Pinetop Country Club area.  He is originally from Minnesota; he moved to Pinetop in 2010. 

Steve professional background is very diverse.  In Minnesota he worked for one of the largest property management companies, he then became a parks and recreation administrator for a “new” city department in the late eighties.  He also started a graphic design, advertising and marketing business.  Steve then moved to Wisconsin and then Colorado where he was a charter school administrator, started a charter school consulting business, and wrote the first high school charter school application of its kind in the state that received approval.  He has also written grants for a variety of entities.  In 2010 he took a chance by starting a new adventure and came to Pinetop. 
Steve’s free-time activities include enjoying time with his kids, the association amenities, motorcycle rides, boating, traveling, home improvement projects, as well as caring for his four dogs and bird.
Rachael Lacy
plac&s Manager
Rachael has been with the association since 2011.  She has been in the horse industry for more years than she would like to admit; her first horse was given to her at the age of four by her grandparents.  Rachael was "hooked".  
She is originally from Phoenix, she moved to the White Mountains in 2006.  Rachael's free time is usually time spent around horses, participating and going to events.
Rob Raven
CCR Director
Opal and Rob were married in 1962. Rob has lived in Arizona since 1958. Opal was born in Phoenix. 
They built our 1st home in PLA in 1996 and moved here full time in 2012, they have been members of PLA since 1996.  Rob served on the PLA board in 2006,2007 and part of 2008,  took the position of CCR Director for our HOA in 2008. 
Rob's background  has included 26 years as a part of the management team for US Food Service serving the institutional food service industry. He was also was involved in residential new construction with his family's construction business. 
Rob's credentials include: Marketing and Business; Arizona State University, Associate Degree in residential and commercial Property Inspection. Firewise Community Assessor, Supported by Arizona Department of Forestry.  Life Scout, Boy Scouts of America. Served in many capacities with the Scouting Program. 
Jennifer Simone
Office Manager
Jennifer has been with Pinetop Lakes Association since 2010.  In addition to her role with the association she also does bookkeeping and is a masseuse.  She is originally from Oklahoma.
Jennifer spends her free time outside, in the wilderness.
