| Description: | Open to the public. Trunk or Treat, all-ages costume contest, carnival games, pumpkin carving contest, DJ, and more. PLA Homeowners can sign up to hand out candy from their car, run games, or judge contests on the PLA app or at the Rec Center front desk. |
