Reminder
Your annual dues are due by 2/28/13. Please be sure to have your payment to us by the due date so the following item(s) do not happen to your account in an attempt to enforce your contractual obligation.
1. Late fees.
2. Access to facilities is denied to you, your family, your additional six and/or your renters, as each apply.
3. A lien, plus fees associated with lien processing, is placed on your property.
4. Seek a court judgment for payment, as well as processing fees.
5. Foreclosure, as well as processing fees.
