Spring Clean Property Assessments Have Begun.

Rob is starting to drive through the neighborhoods conducting the annual spring assessment. Properties should be cleaned of needles, leaves, branches, etc…by June 19th, 2016. We've got a yard waste dumpster on site. Prices are $2 per bag, $25 per pick-up truck bed of un-bagged material. You are responsible to get the material in the dumpster. A two-inch layer of pine needles is okay to leave on the ground for moisture retention; this is suggested for lots that are not fully landscaped with grass and/or rocks. If Rob finds properties out of compliance beyond “normal” spring yard clean up, you will receive a notice as to what you need to handle it within 30 days of notice.
