Nominate yourself or someone else to serve on the Board. Ballots need to be mailed out by June 10th. We need candidate applications though no later than May 31, 2010. Please call the office with any questions or to nominate a candidate. (928) 369-4008. For Application, click on the link below:
Nominations of Members:
Members may nominate themselves by submitting a completed application by the deadline. Nominations can also be made by groups of members, and by committee according to the by-laws.
By-Laws state:
Nominations for elections to the Board of Directors may be made by a nominating committee consisting of three members of the Association, who shall not be members of the current Board or any prior Board, and/or by a petition signed by a least twenty (20) members of the Association who are in good standing at the time of the signing. These nominations must be made prior to May 31st of each year. The Vice President shall also be an ex-officio member of the committee with no vote.
