Liens

For those of you owners who wonder about those owners that don't pay their fees, 21 liens on properties are being submitted to the county this week. The liens being placed are done so based on state law. If the liens are not paid in a timely manner; the association will move to foreclose on these 21 properties.
As I have communicated in any number of ways, this is not the fun part of what we do, but necessary, we have the legal right to do and by legal standards a slam dunk for the association; as is foreclosure.
